An agent tends to make a lot of assumptions as to what the customer wants. A real estate consultant engages the customer in an in depth needs analysis and then creates a plan of action to not only meet the customer's specific needs and wants but to also exceed them whenever possible. Lana is a Real Estate Consultant.
Lana comes from a family rich in real estate knowledge and history where both her father and mother have been in real estate for a combined 40 years. This experience helps her customers to make the prudent real estate buying, selling, renting or investing decision.
Lana is originally from Southeast Louisiana. She graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She has a minor degree in Mass Communication. This form of education serves not only her customers very well but also the creation of her own business.
Lana enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, reading, computers, cooking and spending time with her two Chocolate Labs.
